Terms of Use – Inventicity

Use of Templates and Your Template Licenses

You get commercial non-transferable rights to use the templates in your own business and for your clients, in accordance with Inventicity’s and Canva’s terms of use.

You may not copy or modify the templates and claim them as your own. The templates cannot be re-sold or redistributed as templates. You may share the final designs through your website, email list, or social media accounts and sell a final product that you make from the templates. You are not permitted to sell the templates as templates.

The photos in the templates/mockups are not included, but are free and easily available from Canva through the template links.

Template Users May Not: Claim the image as their own. This license does not extend the license to those who purchase your products that include Inventicity Photos. This means, they can use the photos in the way you sold it to them, but they cannot modify or distribute the photos unless they are also a paying member of Inventicity. You may not compile photos and distribute them in a competing stock photo or similar service.

Use of Stock Photos/Videos and Your Stock Photography Licenses

Users Who Download Free Stock Photos May: Use images for personal or commercial use, online and in print. Resize, crop or change image orientation. Overlay the image with text, website screenshots, product designs, and pdf designs. Add filters or color overlays to suit their branding aesthetic. Use the images to create free opt-ins such as workbooks and eBooks, as long as the free stock photo(s) cannot be extracted from the opt-in. Credit / Attribution is not required but always appreciated.

Paying Stock Photography Customers / Members / And Website Users May: Have the same rights as listed above, PLUS have non-exclusive license to download, modify, and use photos for your unlimited paid commercial projects and services. This means that you may use these photos in your marketing but also in unlimited projects, social media graphics, website designs, graphic designs, eBooks, online courses, services, marketplace projects, or similar projects for clients or for yourself. Even if they are for sale.

If you include Inventicity graphics or stock photos inside of templates, website templates, canva graphics, or other editable/customizable documents that you sell, we require that you include instructions and terms of use to your customers stating that “The photos included within your (template/document) may only be used on this (template/document). You may not extract and use these photos outside of this (template/document). Should you want an extended license to use the photos in a different application, you may do so by subscribing to the Inventicity Membership.”

As a paying customer, your license to use the photos does not expire on any photos or assets that you download while a member.

Stock Photography Users May Not: Claim the image as their own. This license does not extend the license to those who purchase your products that include Inventicity Photos. This means, they can use the photos in the way you sold it to them, but they cannot modify or distribute the photos unless they are also a paying member of Inventicity. You may not compile photos and distribute them in a competing stock photo or similar service.

You may not resell our products.

Considerations: Cecilia Elise Wallin and Inventicity remain the sole and exclusive owner / holder of the copyright of the image. Credit / attribution is not required but always appreciated.
